We worked with Ryan at Rate on the purchase of our new place. Ryan is the best: supportive, empathetic, knowledgeable, responsive, articulate, efficient. We would recommend him to anyone requiring a mortgage in the current challenging market. His support team at Rate was also wonderful. Efficient and got us closed quickly. We felt like Rate in general were superb and we will definitely go back to them and Ryan in the future.

I was very fortunate to be a client of Ryan Musgjerd’s and his team at Rate during my recent purchase of a condo in Evanston, IL. His communication skills and expertise in securing a mortgage were exemplary throughout the process. He was positive, honest, helpful, and knowledgeable from the start when I was considering various properties. At Rate, they have an online system and portal which make it easy to upload documents and track your progress. They operate as a professional team both within Rate and with your real estate broker, insurance agent and attorney. They share useful technological tools so you can make a wise decision in determining the best amount to invest in a property. Ryan and his team were always accessible and responsive. I highly recommend them and would choose to work with them again in the future.

I could not recommend Ryan and his team at guaranteed rate enough - do yourself a favor and work with them! With Ryan's help, we were able to secure our loan in TWO days and close in two short weeks.
