If I could give Chris and his team 10 stars I would. Chris and his assistant Laura made this stressful situation seamless. I have been looking for a new home for 3-4 months and Chris was there with me throughout the process. He was only a phone call away. Helping with pre-qualification letters, talking not only to my realtor but the realtor for the seller. He came to my closing, answered any and all questions along the way. The two most important aspects of looking for a house is to secure a lender like Chris Barnes and secure a realtor like Lisa Anderson from Compass Real Estate. Once you have the right team together your home buyer experience will be smooth and seamless.
