Jeff is truly the best! He made the entire mortgage process smooth and transparent. He is proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve the best possible outcome. He’ll jump on a call with you at 9:00 PM or even text you back while he’s at a Broncos game. Every question I had—big or small—was answered quickly and clearly, and he always made sure I understood each step before moving forward. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

My wife and I just completed our home purchase using Jeff’s team at Certainty Home Lending. It was obvious from the very beginning that they were most interested in serving our particular needs instead of just rushing us through a loan process like you get from the big lenders. Jeff in particular was willing to listen to our desires and then went to work to find us the very best options aligned to those goals. The process was personal, professional, and timely. There is nothing more that we can say other than this experience was exceptional. We would never go with another company if a need arose for another mortgage down the road. If we could rate this process higher we would!

You may think you know your way around applying for a mortgage but trust me you don't. Jeff Bishop took the time to explain a lot of things to me that I didn't realize when it came to paying down debt vs a larger down payment on the property. Jeff was able to guide me in a way that increased my credit score Dramatically and made all the difference in the world in the interest I will be paying over the life of the mortgage. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a lender, I couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome of the entire process. Jeff was responsive and always available, phone calls, emails, and text were always returned Promptly I never once had to chase him for answers to any questions I had no matter how small they were. If you're ever in need of a Lender Jeff Bishop is your man.
