The process for the loan was mostly great. Sebastian was very diligent to process and answer most of my questions. Even when he was not available the team responded and help me on my questions. I will enhance a bit on timely communication and clear information on the estimates as on a couple of times I had to ask about the numbers as it did not make sense. When it comes to mortgage professionals, there's a lot of good ones out there and there's a few great ones. Sebastian Bolivar at Rate.com is one of the great ones.
Beyond just the standard knowledge that mortgage brokers should possess, Sebastian went above and beyond.
What was the everyday normal especially when it came to crunch time, those final 24 to 48 hours.
The underwriting process sometimes gets a little crazy. Sebastian kept the cool head, kept everyone in the loop, and kept all parties moving towards the common goal of a successful closing.
I would leave 10 Stars but Google limits at 5 Stars.
Highly recommend Sebastian Bolivar at Rate.com, and you can feel confident in working with him as a professional and gentleman.
