My fiance and I were first time home buyers and used Mary for our loan. Being a first time home buyer is extremely overwhelming as there is so much paperwork. we had so many questions and mary was immediate to get back to us with any questions we had. And we had a lot!! We did our home purchase as a private sale and mary was helpful with everything even outside of the loan proccess. I would highly reccomend Mary and her entire team to anyone that wants someone dependable, thorough, on top of everything, and most importantly very personable and easy to talk to. We would not have survived the proccess without her! Whether you are a first time home buyer or 4th time - her team is on top of everything and gives you the best service. they are immediate to respond to anything you need! 10/10 service.

Working with Mary was such a great experience! Communication was always great and she kept us updated throughout the entire process. My fiancée and I purchased our first home together which was a condo in Bergen county. Our experience was a little bit unconventional we were under contract for one and had to back out due to building issues. But the next one we ended up closing on! I remember meeting Mary like it was yesterday. I honestly feel like it was fate. I randomly went to an open house with my husband one day just to start looking at what was out there. This was in October/November of 2025.
She was the first friendly face to greet us. At first I was like why is she so happy lol but that is truly her nature. She is bubbly and funny and optimistic and kind. After we saw the home I spoke to her and the agent showing the house.
I took their cards and called them a few weeks later asking for help to purchase a home. Ashley Davidson became my real estate agent (also a blessing and a true blessing and now friend) and Mary Ratchford my loan guru.
My process was not easy. But Mary stayed positive. She stayed patient. She looked for solutions and was always there for me to answer any questions or help me with my doubts. In a world where so many companies are just out to get your money, it’s beautiful and a blessing to meet someone who truly wants to help you and your family’s future. I thanked her a million times when we were able to purchase our new home in February 2026.
