We just closed on a home using Chris & his team at Guaranteed Rate as our mortgage lender and it was a smooth process. We have been in touch with Chris over the past several years while we searched for our new home and over the years, we have always had prompt and clear communication. When you're going through the home buying process, communication is so important! We highly recommend Chris and his team!
