We came to Chris after starting our mortgage with another lender. It became apparent that the other lender would not be able to close our loan on time. We were moving for work and had a hard date we had to hit. On the recommendation of our real estate agent I called Chris. Words can’t explain the job he did for us. He closed our loan in under 2 weeks and was the most accessible and easy to work with person I’ve associated with in the lending business. I’m one of those folks that typically loathes the home buying process.. Chris was exceptional in allowing me to buy my family’s primary residence the way I wished, by being direct and professional! Chris was knowledgeable, great at explaining things and really stayed on top oof everything from beginning to end. He’s a great guy and will take care of you for all of your home lending needs!

Chris Planto did an awesome job at putting my loan together. He got me the house I wanted and at a price lower than I was expecting. His whole team was awesome. He also wrapped all the taxes and fees into my loan, so all I have to do is make one payment a month. My loan was very complicated, but Chris worked tirelessly to put me in the house I wanted. There isn’t a better mortgage broker in Texas.

Chris Planto is the only lender we trust wholeheartedly. Our buyer went under contract with another lender who had told us 3 days before closing that the buyer is not going to qualify for the loan, thus missing her opportunity to receive her earnest money back. Chris took over the loan and despite several issues with appraisal and underwriting was able to get us to closing. Now our buyer will only use Chris in the future! I couldn't agree more :)
