I have used Bryan two times in obtaining a mortgage and would not want to use anyone else. He keeps you informed every step of the way and makes the entire process as simple as possible. He always returned my phone calls quickly and explained everything thoroughly but in a way that it was easy to understand. Go to Bryan if you want a hassle free experience in obtaining a mortgage.

Bryan was super responsive and friendly. We called/texted him with so many questions and he was super honest. Because of few issues that we had with closing, Bryan helped us with our lock in rate. He was able to get our loan fast. And we had to change it a few times and he was on it!

Bryan is very responsive and will explain the ins and outs of the market to help you suit your situation. For me, I compared rates from other companies and he even matched the lender credits and rates of other companies. Rate was able to clear my loan to close a full 3 weeks earlier than projected.
