Joshua and his entire team were outstanding to work with. They were professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way with frequent updates and excellent communication. Their loan process was incredibly user-friendly. The online portal for submitting documents and information was simple, intuitive, and made everything easy to manage. It took us a few months to find the right house after our pre-approval, but once our offer was accepted, Joshua and his team immediately got to work. They moved quickly and efficiently, and we were able to close in just two weeks. This was my first time working with Joshua, and it certainly won't be my last. We have additional investment properties planned for the future, and he'll be the first person we call. This was, without question, the easiest and smoothest home-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Joshua, and thanks to your entire team for making the process so seamless. We truly appreciate everything you did for us! Highly recommended!
