We could not be happier with the services that Dustin and Rate provided as we went through the home buying process. He constantly supplied us with valuable information and advice so that we could make informed decisions that suited our needs. Dustin made our new home possible. We got a better deal than we expected. He was very responsive and went out of his way to fix anything that went wrong. Unfortunately something did go wrong (Rate's fault, but not Dustin's), but he hustled to get everything back on track. Highly recommended and would be happy to do business with him again.

They were very helpful, and they performed exactly how I expected a closing company to perform. There was nothing particularly of note in either a positive or negative direction.
Everything was top notch and incredible customer service. There was only one question that wasnt sufficiently answered when I asked 2-3 times for an explanation or someone to walk me through it regarding my credit card bills. I wasnt aware that the check I was paying with at closing would go to my credit cards. I would have preferred to pay them off separately if I understood what was being requested of me.

This was my first time buying a home, and I really only had a rough idea of how it would go going into it. Dustin was very informative and friendly through the entire process. He would explain things over the phone, he was quick to respond to emails or text messages regarding any questions I had, and he helped us figure out what would be the best loan option to get a home we really loved. I would recommend Dustin to any home buyer, not just for his professional skills, but also his kindness and positive attitude.
