Super smooth loan process with Eric, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend him and his team. This experience was completely different from my first mortgage experience, this was so much less stressful - all the details were taken care of with Eric Maluk and Rate.

Everyone was great from start to finish, concierge info was a bit out of date for Mass but other than that every person we worked with was excellent from question to support, thank you to everyone that helped us we love our new house!

This is my first time doing a cash out refi on a rental property first time with this company semper home loans I don’t know anyone here personally and not related to anybody here but this place made the cash out refi so easy for me. April Aquilante was very patient with me guided me through on what I needed to get her so that she can proceed with my loan she always got back to me right away through email or a phone call.
