This is my second time obtaining a mortgage working with Mike Gambatese, I would recommend him to everyone. Both times I worked with Mike he made everything very manageable and was incredibly fast and responsive at every step.

Mike and his team stepped in when a traditional bank had issues with the Condo Association, which was causing delays. I had already sold my house but my purchase closing was dragging out and I was getting nervous. I switched over to Mike and the rest is history. I closed last week and I could not be happier. So grateful for Mike and his team. I would use their services again and would recommend them to anybody. Just a wonderful experience.
