I had a great experience working with Jourden throughout the entire loan process. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions clearly. They kept me informed at every step and made the process smooth and less stressful. I truly appreciate their support and would gladly recommend them to anyone!
Jourden is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. He has helped me with several different home purchases. My situation is complicated and unusual but Jourden has been able to find a unique and “out of the box” solution every time with a great interest rate!!! He is very hard working and diligent. Also, Jourden is such a nice and friendly guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have told everyone I know about him. I would never waste my time by calling anyone else!
This was my first time using Jorden and I can honestly say that he was one of the best in the industry. His communication and response times were always very quick. He would always check in and send updates throughout the entire process. I was representing a home buyer on the purchase side of things. Jorden always broke down the loan estimates and educated the home buyer on any and all questions that he had in terms of the financing. We closed on time and the first time home buyer got to a monthly payment that was comfortable and much needed. Highly recommended.
Working with Jourden Peszek at Guaranteed Rate was hands-down the best decision we made during our home-buying journey—my only regret is not choosing him sooner! Just three days before our original closing date, we hit a major roadblock when we learned our property wouldn't qualify for a standard loan. We were forced to switch lenders, only to find out the new lender was going to hit us with an extra $20,000 in closing costs and origination fees. Panicked and on a tight deadline, I called Jourden just two weeks before our closing date to see if he could step in and help. Jourden completely turned things around. He was extremely attentive, highly professional, and kept us updated every step of the way. He took the time to explain the entire lending process in simple, clear terms that made complete sense. On top of that, he worked directly with the sellers to adjust our closing date so we could lock in a significantly lower rate. In the end, Jourden got our loan approved in record time and saved us roughly $25,000 compared to the other lender. He turned a incredibly stressful situation into a massive win. I cannot recommend Jourden highly enough to anyone looking to purchase their next home or condo!
