Citywide was absolutely amazing. We are first time home buyers and we were terrified to take the plunge into a mortgage. Our Realtor Clifford Perotti who is the best Realtor in the world by the way, referred us to Jessica Geijer with Citywide. I can’t say enough about how absolutely incredible this woman is. She was so patient with us, she explained every single step we needed to go through and answered every single question we had. She even took or calls and answered are emails while she was on a vacation she had been planning a long time ago. Talk about going the extra mile. I’ve never met anyone willing to give up their own personal time to be there to reassure and guide us in this journey.She took the time to research any grants or other funding that would help lower our mortgage payments. She really is amazing, smart, funny and all around wonderful woman. Thank you Jessica, thank you citywide and thank you lord for making it possible for our children to finally have a home. 🫶🙏❤️

Jessica and her team are simply amazing! They made the entire home loan process simple, pain-free and fast! I closed on my first house in basically just a few weeks! Jessica was always available for help with any questions I had and I felt very comfortable and confident in her knowledge. I highly recommend her and her team for your home loan needs! 10/10!

i loved working with jessica and her team! she was always on top of her game and was ready to answer any of our questions. very reassuring demeanor which is super helpful during the stressful times that is home purchasing. i genuinely felt that every conversation we had was both educational and just pleasant!

Jessica and the team were great, they were very communicative and helped us move through all the deadlines faster than I thought possible!

This has been a stressful time, juggling different timelines for my rental to be done and work changes. Citywide's team had recommendations for the rest of the team and everything was seamless. Jessica has the best balance of knowledge and compassion. The process of buying a home is complicated and she was able to answer any question I could come up with. But just as important-- she was able to navigate very frank discussions about finances, processes, and the significance of such a large purchase/life event. One of the biggest apprehensions I've had about starting this process was feeling pressured and she never made me feel like it. She and her team work effortlessly together and she always has your best interest in mind, first and foremost.

Ben and I were so pleased with the care that Jessica gave our family through the purchasing process. We had quite a lot to do to close in a month's time and Jessica was there every step of the way advising and answering all of our many questions! She was prompt and thorough in her communication with us and truly made us feel welcome to the Chicago area! She came to the closing which our lawyer commented that it was rare to see a real estate agent and mortgage broker seeing the process through to the end. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jessica and we are so happy she will be our "neighbor!" Thank you, Jessica, for all you did to take care of us and show us great hospitality!

Since we will still be in contact (particularly when we are ready to refinance), I'm leaving room for improvement since that will be a completely new process we would be exploring

I had the best experience in buying the house I’ve always wanted. Hassle free and she was so helpful with everything. I will definitely use her again if I ever buy another house. The most helpful people ever.
