Dylan was great to work with. As a first-time buyer he explained the process super well and was available at all times of the day to answer questions. I had a quick escrow and a relatively complex income situation but he made sure everything was done on time. He was super attentive, patient, and kind. The process was great, we had to do an application through the city and the loan handled all of that. The mortgage loan application was only one of the many things that Rate.com helped us with. Even going that extra mile while giving us a satisfying mortgage rate. We even had trouble with our credit report in the beginning, another loaner would have moved on to the next client, but Rate.com and our loan advisor, Dylan stuck with us until the end. Now we have a brand new home for our family, and we are truly grateful.

Dylan was professional and calm throughout the stressful situation. He eased my partners erratic anxiety by being on call 24/7, wether it was Saturday night or Sunday morning we knew we could reach him. My only gripe is we don't have more houses to buy to keep working with him. With that said, although he treated us like family, I don't think we would have gotten a better rate even if we were. I know who we are going to call when our next loan opportunity presents itself, Dylan Mortgage Man Morrow.

Working with Dylan was a pleasure. Throughout the process his communication was top-notch and everything went incredibly smoothly. He was always available and happy to answer all of our questions. Highly recommended!

We did a lot of research trying to find the lowest rate. Our realtor suggested talking to Dylan at Guaranteed Rate, and we were given the best rate yet! He was a joy to work with and very helpful while we made sure our credit score was as high as possible and our locked rate was as low as possible. My fiancé and I cannot praise Dylan and his work highly enough. Despite Guaranteed Rate being super busy due to many people refinancing right now, he went out of his way to make time for us and answering our MANY questions. He was very informative and transparent throughout the whole process, which we really appreciated as we are first time home buyers. 10/10 customer service!!!
