Some moments I felt extremely taken care of, as if there was a wise big brother offering the best personal experience and advice. Then I had times where I was completely overwhelmed, blindsided and just wanted out. Very different than my first mortgage. I didn’t even have any work history, all I had to do was show work potential. I’m sure things have changed since 2002. Overall, I think everyone did their best to close my loan.

John ensured that the loan worked out in our favor in the best way possible and the overall experience was great! A huge thanks to John and everyone involved in helping us secure our home loan!

I like the fact that he always replied back to my text messages or phone calls always very polite responsive the patient understanding. Even though there was times towards the end where I was getting very irritated not toward him but towards these builder people. He would explain and never got frustrated when I couldn’t sign or didn’t understand something that I was reading. I got nothing but good positive vibes and energy from him and his crew. Grateful to have received his services.
