Hector Cardenas is the best. He actually answers his phone, and responded every single question with patience and understanding. He checked in on me every step of the way, and expedited the loan process by actually being attentive and on top of the loan. All documents were easy to upload into the system, and electronically sign lots of documents. Hector carries his team because he is customer oriented . He's very professional and sympathetic. Thanks

It is always a pleasure working with Hector. I have now closed on 4 loans with Hector both Refi and Invest Purchase Loan, and in all instances the process has been seemless. I've always been satisfied with the rates afforded to me and lending fees have been fair. Hector is great to work with and his customer service is outstanding. Greatly appreciate working with him and his team. Look forward to reaching out to him on my next lending needs.
