I have had a wonderful experience with all of the KBHS team members. From the moment that Michelle Hale showed me the models up to the closing date. Lauren McCarthy and Michelle were so helpful with all of the building updates and meetings. Lauren was my "eyes" with all of the walk throughs. She knew what to look for, which made me feel more at ease. Mary Ann Raimondi was so patient with me and explained all of the steps that lead me to closing. Linda was also so wonderful and patient with me. She explained everything very clearly. These ladies have gone above and beyond, making sure that I understood the process and that I felt comfortable. They have helped make this process less stressful. They were all very honest and professional. These ladies are truly an asset to KB Homes.
