Overall, I had a great experience working with Joni as my loan officer to help find the right loan for me. As a first time homebuyer struggling financially, I didn't think it would be possible to get downpayment assistance but Joni didn't give up and found a program that was right for me to help me get my first mortgage for our first home! I am grateful for all the help I've had in the homebuying process being able to ask questions and get estimates on potential houses and payments through First Step Home Loans. Jodi has also checked up on us after moving in and made sure I was set up for success with my first mortgage payment. Thank you for helping us!! I would recommend them for any first time homebuyers. Cody was very helpful every step of the way. He was responsive & went through everything with us in detail, even at times that weren’t always the most convenient for him. We appreciate his help very much. Blanca was also lovely. The team made it a great home buying experience.
Very helpful and responsive. Really helped us identify good opportunities and was not pushing us to use them or go a particular route which we really appreciated.
The level of service and customer support surpassed my expectations, making the home purchase process less stressful and reassuring. I had confidence that my questions or concerns would be promptly answered and addressed. Tanaia and Bianca did an excellent job.
