While this is my first house and I don't have a lot to go off of in terms of comparing... I felt like the communication lines were open and in a timely manner. The staff was very professional and seemed to have extensive knowledge.

Very easy and seamless process from Preapproval all the way through closing. The online account dashboard is very helpful and keeps track of all tasks that need to be completed and guides you through where you are at in the process.

Joe is absolutely awesome. I talked with many different lenders, probably around 7 by the time we closed on our first house, and Joe was head and shoulders above the rest. He did provide the best loan package, but what stood out even more was he provided the best customer service by far. Despite our 2 hour time zone difference, Joe was the most responsive, most helpful, and most transparent even compared to local lending options I spoke to. Highly recommend Joe, and looking forward to working with him again!

He was great, everything was on time and I barely had to think about the process. I thought buying my first home would be stress but it wasn't at all. My real estate agent also stated Joe was on top of his game and made this process a breeze. The best part about working with him is that he is very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a more than timely fashion!!

The process was very quick and I never felt like my plethora of questions were ever a bother. Joe was very polite and made sure I was equipped to to handle all parts of the process. Even though our closing window was very short, they ensured it was done by closing dates. There were a few items that I had to get changed near the end but they had it done very quickly and it wasn't stressful at all. The best thing however is they didn't provide sugar coated information. Even if the conversation wasn't something you would want to hear, they were very upfront with the info and the reasoning behind it.

Joe O’Conner was my loan officer for a mortgage refinance and he was extremely professional and available all the time for my questions and concerns. Even when I was stressed at some point through the process he was very assuring and kind. Also I have to mention that Rate did close on my refinance in less than 4 weeks from submitting my application!! I totally recommend them!
