Tony was exceptional in explaining things I didn’t understand in a way that calmed my nerves and Amanda was instrumental in keeping me informed and sane throughout the whole process! I can’t recommend them enough, especially for first time homebuyers like myself!

Jim is amazing! If you’re looking for someone to make this process seamless and get you the best deal possible this is your guy. Jim Matyas and his entire team were absolutely incredible for my home purchase in Cleveland, OH! From the time we first spoke until the loan funded and I received the house keys from my real estate agent, Jim and his entire team were always responsive, friendly, and soooo super fast! They were even able to move up my original closing date by an entire week, which was amazing since I'd been living in a hotel room for nearly six months!!

The level of attentive, tailored and honest service I received from Jim and his team was absolutely unparalleled. I don’t know how to express enough what a good choice It was to choose Jim as my lender.
Let’s just start with the most amazing thing. Jim worked his butt off for me and he made it so I had ZERO cash to close. I brought NO MONEY to my signing, not a cent, my notary said he had never ever seen anyone with zero cash due at closing in his life but Jim’s a wizard and he made it happen for me. It’s actually kind of funny because the title company ended up having to send me a check for 20 dollars because Jim got me so much assistance. Like that’s insane. I was a first time home buyer and Jim found me a huge kick back from the government that cut my cash to close by 8k But Wether you are a first time home buyer or not Jim definitely has the know how and drive to take care of you.
Secondly his team just bent over backwards or me over an over. I work a job where I’m not available to take personal calls and you kind of need I be available lie 24/7 when your in the process of buying a house but Jim totally worked around my schedule. I even had calls with Jim at like 8pm at night. His team made it so easy for me too, they just did everything in their power to make the process simple for me. I also loved using the rate portal, when you do a mortgage with rate you have to upload documents and fill out paperwork and do classes ect ect and the portal makes it easy to sort through, complete and upload documents. I’m not the most computer savvy person so that was such a relief.
During my mortgage process I got a few places to give me a quote before i chose Jim. The other folks my realtor suggested gave me an okay rate initially buy they didn’t offer me a better rate till they found out I was looking elsewhere. And it wasn’t till i told them I was going with Jim did they offer me a rate anywhere CLOSE to what Jim offered me the FIRST time, right off the bat. I so appreciate Someone just giving you the best offer the first time and not making you fight for good treatment. Jim cares about what he does.
Also Jim also answered literally every question I had about EVERYTHING. Even the most Radom stuff that probably didn’t even have to do anything with him but instead of passing me off onto someone else he would do everything he could to educate and support me. I’m a first time home buyer and no one in my family has ever bought a hose before so we knew literally nothing and the process. It was super scary and really daunting but Jim let me ask him every single goofy question I had and answered in a plain and easy to understand way.
Even after I signed my papers Jim was still so supportive. They sent me a beautiful cutting board to say thank you for choosing them which was just such a nice touch. It is just so refreshing to deal with genuinely kind people who are passionate about the work they do and are excited to help people begin a new step in their lives. Paying my mortgage was super easy too!
Anyhow I seriously couldn’t recommend Jim more.
