Katie is wonderful! She made the lending process extremely seamless. We were first time home buyers and completed the transaction without the involvement of Realtors. As a result, we had a somewhat steep learning curve. Katie made it so easy to the extent that at one point we became suspicious about how smooth and straightforward the process was, especially after years of hearing from friends how cumbersome buying real estate could be. In addition, she was flexible when we need to move our closing up by a couple days and completed the entire loan from contract signature to close in less than a month, even with a couple curve balls we threw her along the way. Can't recommend Katie enough. We are so grateful to have had her in our corner! Thanks, Katie!!
