Todd and the team at RATE were exceptional! Being first time home buyers the process always felt overwhelming and confusing. Todd walked us thru each step, answered any and all questions we had (and we had a lot) and worked with us on what we could afford. We were clear to close in 15 days! Seriously recommend Todd and his team for anyone who wants a supportive and knowledgeable team on their side for all home buying needs.
I will keep this short and sweet, this deal doesn’t get done without Todd Bushkie.. We had very limited time to prepare to offer and little chance, in our mind, to have a legitimate shot at winning. However, Todd Bushkie sat and babysat the process from beginning to end and ended up getting our dream home on very short notice. Todd was truly a huge reason we ended up getting our dream home. He was so easy to communicate with and would pick up the phone anytime my husband or I had a question. In fact, a big reason our offer was accepted by the sellers was because Todd "picked up on the first ring". He truly cared about what we wanted out of our home buying/searching experience and made sure we were well taken care of. We truly could not recommend him enough! If you are looking for a lender, search no more and go with Todd.
