Anne and her team at Guild mortgage were very fast at turning around a loan for us and walking us through the mortgage process when buying our new home. We, and our realtor (who has many years of experience) were very impressed with the work that the loan team did to get us a great rate and final numbers as quickly as they could to close on our house in three weeks.

Anne Horvath was fantastic. I have done many refi and new mortgages over the years and had a "go to" guy I always worked with. When I contacted him and learned he had retired, he referred me to Anne with assurances that 'she was excellent and would take good care of me". He was not wrong. She was proactive, responsive, respectful and professional. Answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and left me feeling confident I had the right person working with me. She did two mortgage refinances for me simultaneously - my primary residence and a rental income property. Both on time, well done. Great job!
