My experience so far in this journey has been absolutely great! Ian has been superb since day one. His communication has been wonderful, always being quick to respond or if he is unable to respond at the moment he lets me know he received my message. The rest of the team have been great as well! Everyone seems very knowledgeable in the positions they hold and make it clear they are available for questions.

He consistently went above and beyond to find out what needed to be done and kept me updated in a timely manner. As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ian and his whole team were on it. They did an amazing job. They were quick on responding and quick to answer any of our questions on our homebuying process. The service felt like we were family. I would recommend this with any family member or coworkers . We are very grateful for them!

Working with Ian made the process of getting a mortgage very clear and straightforward as a first-time home buyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a home loan whether it is their first time or not as he is very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and will always make a client feel at ease about the process.

Ian did a fantastic job of keeping us updated and looking into the rates as we were getting closer and closer to our deadline. We had moved into our home with a temporary 2 to 1 buydown so the intent was to always refinance. Ian keep in communication and did a great job letting us know the rates. We ended up going through the process and now have a lower rate and it was absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend!
