March 2021 - This is an update to a previous review for Christina Fuscaldo. A couple/few months into COVID, Christina contacted us to let us know mortgage rates had dropped and offered to look into our loan to see if we could qualify for a lower rate; we did indeed qualify for a lower rate. Christina and her Team (once again) did an outstanding job getting all the particulars together, answered all the questions we had and got the refinancing done without a hiccup. We are super grateful to Christina Fuscaldo and her Team, would use her again with no questions asked and recommend her and her Team without a second thought. Thank you, Christina!!! July 2019 - Although this is not the first home we've purchased, it was an interesting situation we were in. We already had two homes financed, in the process of selling one and needed closing on #3 to line up with the selling of #2. Christina and her team were obviously familiar with our situation, as I am sure we are not the first clients between homes, and met every challenge with the poise of true professionals. We closed on house #2 one day and closed on house #3 the next. From our perspective, it was seamless, simple and way less stressful than I anticipated! During my multiple calls to Christina (thank you for your patience with me) she was calm, collected and left me feeling the same. I would without a doubt recommend Christina and her Team and likewise would choose them again!
I've owned/refinanced a number of homes over my lifetime and have never experienced the ease in which Mrs. Fuscaldo and her team processed the loan. They are all professional and competent. Everything completed without a hitch!

It's not very likely these days that you get to work with someone, who actually knows the job they are supposed to perform. Christina, nailed it. Every aspect of our questions, were answered in a seemingly expedited manor. She and her team were fully transparent in what we could expect throughout the entire process. Christina was the most amazing woman and worker that I've worked with and experienced in buying a home. I couldn't have asked God to put me with a better mortgage lady and I just feel like she made it so smooth so easy that I didn't really have to do anything. Christina is an amazing worker works well harder than she needs to and does anything for her clients. I'm not sure how much she gets recognized if I can say anything she deserves the world she is the best and I mean the best.
