I am a first time home buyer and started the process of buying a house with very little knowledge on the process. Jan is incredibly knowledgeable and has years of experience. She was available for every question I had regardless of the time of day. Jan explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Jan had a lot of patience and helped ease the anxiety that comes along with such a big purchase. Jan advocated for me in a world that was foreign to me. So grateful I went through this process with her.

Jan was awesome. The Rate team was awesome. Rate got us insurance in CA, awesome. We were able to close in 16 days!!! Jan was personable, experienced, kind and wise. We have purchased many properties, but this was the best experience, EVER!!

Jan was with us every step of the way, counseling, calling in the evening, so that we knew what had happened during the day, supporting us to close before the end of the month to save money. Most importantly, we have had many closings, this was the best ever!
