It was such a pleasure working with Savvas on my recent transaction! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the process. Working with Savvas Fetfatsidis and his team was truly an outstanding experience, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker as first-time homebuyers. Going into the home-buying process with very little experience, we had plenty of questions and didn’t always know what to expect. Savvas made the entire process feel simple, manageable, and stress-free. From the beginning, Savvas was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and informative. He took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure we understood the process and felt confident in the decisions we were making. I have worked with members of Savvas’s team at Rate for years, but this was my first opportunity to work with Savvas directly, and it was a wonderful experience. Their team made everything so easy-from uploading documents to keeping us updated on the progress of our loan, they made what could be a stressful process stress free!
