Working with David throughout this whole process was truly a blessing. Buying a home can be stressful, especially with all the unexpected steps and emotions that come with it, but David was there for me from beginning to end. He always kept me informed, answered every question patiently, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at every stage. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and uncertain, but David never let me lose confidence. He stayed positive, supportive, and professional the entire time, and thanks to his dedication everything worked out in the end. I’m also very thankful to Anna for being part of the process and providing such great support along the way. The level of care, communication, and professionalism they both showed was beyond my expectations. I can honestly say I would recommend David and his team to anyone looking to buy a home. We planed to refinance our property and contacted David with all our questions. David answered quickly and identified all our options within 1 day. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate (English and Russian, which was convenient for my husband and me). Most importantly, I feel that he really cares and tries to find the best solution for us. Also the fee for refinancing is very acceptable.

I’m forever grateful to Dave for all what he did for me through the process , keeping me posted with every step of the way and making sure I understood whatever that was going on. As a first time home buyer , I got frustrated along the way but he’d encourage me and let me know this was going to workout one way or the other and eventually he did. Such an amazing and wonderful person that I had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend him to everyone without a second thought because I know Him and Anna ( Colleague ) are the best at what they do and would never let me down . As a very serious buyer on top of being a first-time buyer, David made my experience work to my very specific needs. David proved in many ways to go above and beyond in his position. He was professional, intelligent, and diligent in his efforts! This market has not made it easy on me for my purchase, but David took the time to make sure I was properly equipped and updated me on properties as time progressed through my search. I am a stickler in the searching process but this was no issue for David and for that I am incredibly grateful there are people like him. I am not just ANOTHER customer/number. I am a very satisfied loan recipient due to David's outstanding work ethic, knowledge, and access to resources. You can guarantee David will be handling my next purchase and then some when the time comes! 11/10 stars if i could rate higher. However, 5/5 will have to suffice for now!
