I highly recommend Val and the team at OriginPoint. They made every step easy to complete, and removed all ambiguity from the process while I completed my condo purchase. From application to close it took less than 30 days, and they set things up so I could pre-sign early on the day of closing, so all I had to do was show up, sign the deed, and grab the keys. I have purchased many, many homes with various lenders, but I would absolutely choose OriginPoint in the future.

friendly, fast and easy to work with

I’ve worked with Val for my house purchase recently. She’s dedicated and patient and would take time to explain anything if you have questions. She wouldn’t push or rush you. My situation drastically changed during the process. She understood my personal situation, accommodated it and came up with a plan B so that I could close on the house. I cannot thank Val and her team enough for the transaction. I highly recommend Val and her team

They were professional and friendly . Equally important is they were flexible. When computer and printer troubles prevented me from uploading some documents on line, I was able to securely fax certain information from my local library, for instance. I deeply appreciated this

We truly could not have bought our first home without Val King and her amazing expertise, true kindness and passion for the business. She walked us through literally every step of the way, hopped on multiple phone calls to dumb everything down for us and treated us like we were her own family. We were so confident in our decision to work with Val because she made an excellent first impression and carried out that impression all the way through close. The knowledge Val possesses around this market is unmatched and we are truly in debt to all the hard work she took on for us to get us across the finish line. We look forward to working with Val and her team for years to come and are forever grateful for her help with our first rodeo of buying a home. Thank you Val and team! -Jenny and Pat Veech
