Rate was amazing. Our initial bank was unable to move forward with our home loan and our loan officer referred us to Rate, and specifically Fran. We worked with Fran Patton and her team. They were responsive, communicated well, and quick to make sure our loan was clear to close prior to our scheduled closing date. Pretty awesome considering we were 3 weeks out when we switched. The app and website allow you to securely upload all requested documents and gives you a time line for the process. We couldn’t be more grateful and happy with our experience.
