I don’t often leave reviews, but Kris deserves one. She has been on the longest 2 year house hunt journey with us. Every time I needed numbers run on a house she was responsive and prompt. Because of her we were able to find what price point worked for us, and then when we found the right house she was able to run the numbers so fast so that we could put the offer in ASAP. She was kind, funny, and helpful even when we felt we would never find the right home. Thanks to Kris we have our dream home and get to start an amazing new chapter of our lives.
This was our first time buying a house so we were a bit in over our heads with the amount of paperwork involved. Kris did a wonderful job helping us navigate every step of the way! She was always available for our questions and concerns and helped us feel at ease during the whole process. She even secured us a fantastic rate! We may have bought our house, but Kris is still checking in with us and patiently answering our questions. We are so grateful for everything she has done for us! I would recommend Kris to anyone in process of buying property.
