Jim and the entire team at Guaranteed Rate were great! We were ready to close a loan on our new home until a friend caught some discrepancies with our original lender. We contacted Jim and he made everything go smoothly while also saving us thousands in upfront fees as well as giving us a better rate! We are grateful to Jim and his team and would gladly rate the experience 5/5 stars!

Jim and his coworkers work as a smooth team, answered my questions , reminded me when I forgot something and made the process very simple. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a mortgage.

I have never met a person that is so knowledgeable about the loan process, more patient and ultra kind and helpful. Jim Allen worked with me throughout the application and signing. He always responded immediately when I had questions. I cannot stress enough how important Mr Allen was to my feeling calm and completing this step in buying a home. He is trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

Jim Allen was probably the most responsive loan officer we have ever had, and we have purchased several homes over the years.
