Martin Karby

All interactions with Guaranteed Rate employees were helpful from start to finish

Martin and the team at Rate helped me refi and made the process so easy to do. The communication was great as well as how easy it was to submit documentation that was needed. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Working with Martin Kirby on my home refinance was an excellent experience. He made the entire process seamless from start to finish and was consistently responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. If there were any snags, Martin worked to find a resolution to them. His communication was extremely helpful as he kept me informed every time there was a change. I appreciate his professionalism and support. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone going through a refinance or mortgage process.
