Mike Hoyt and everyone at OriginPoint did a fantastic job helping us with our single family home mortgage! They offered unique and tailored mortgage options that were perfect for our home life and financial situation. They explained everything very clearly, and were available for any questions/concerns that we had during the entire process. When we had a problem come up with our credit reports, then put in a lot of extra work, time, and effort to fix the issue for us. Highly recommended!

Very effective and precise communications
Mike and his entire team were easy to work with, thorough and professional. They resolved things quickly and even though our loan wasn't a large one, I think they treated us just as if we were applying for a jumbo loan.

Mike and his team worked extremely diligently and efficiently, while communicating clearly and extremely responsive. He was very helpful to a first time buyer - laying out steps, explaining the process and details, accepting of requests. Pleasure to work with, and felt like he was on my team the whole time.
I worked with Mike Hoyt’s team to get my mortgage. Mike and his team did really well and we were able to close within 3 weeks (paper work ready much faster than that). In my opinion Mike did really well in following aspects: 1. Clearly communicate expectations including different loan options, what’s gonna happen at different times and how accurate those numbers are at different times. Those communication allows me to have enough time to plan accordingly. 2. Using tasks to track documents or additional documents required, which make things crystal clear to both myself and the origin point team. 3. Last but not least,, Mike is very responsive to any email, text or phone calls and follow up on any requests or questions had. This is critical especially when it getting close to the closing date. I am very happy to work with them and looking Corey to work with them again in the future.

I’ve been in the financial industry for over 20+ years and was an MLO myself for half that. Working with Michael Hoyt, Brian, and Shannon has been amazing! The constant and clear communication and high level of customer service was unmatched. Working with my agent and getting my loan approved in just 8 days and signed before I went on a 2 week vacation knowing everything will be great upon my return was amazing! I always had a piece of mind knowing I was being taken care of and nothing would go wrong. Purchasing a home or any real estate lending can be a stressful time, however this team of individuals were amazing especially Michale Hoyt! I look forward to utilizing Michael again for another real estate opportunity in the near future. I would also highly recommend this company and Michael Hoyt to others.

Mike and his team did a great job and getting us to the finish line quickly. He was able to close our loan in 15 days. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was professional and clearly explained every step of the process. When we had questions they were quick to respond and guide us through each step.
