Working with Colin was fantastic from start to finish. He made us incredibly comfortable and was a joy to work with. He was always available, responded quickly and found us a great loan and rate with enough lender credit to cover our closing costs and then some. We didn’t even know that was possible and he took the time to explain everything to us. We’ve already referred multiple friends to him.

Certainty Lenders are amazing and quick without needing a blood transfusion just to get a quick loan for a new home purchase - I tip my hat to the Entire team on their efficiency and communication skills which are second to none!

I would like to first start off by, saying that I never sit down and give a review good or bad, but Colin and his teams effort to get this loan done was incredible. I could not give enough stars. We had an incredibly short time frame to get our loan and purchase done for our new home, (or the owner was going to cancel the contract and keep the property). Colin and his team worked miracles for us and guided us through the whole process, took our calls, answered all our questions, and completed our loan from start to finish in 7 days. An incredible amount of work was done in that time frame, not to mention, this was an out-of-state purchase, with my wife in Tennessee and me in California, just getting the loan docs back and forth for signatures was a herculean effort. Colin and his team, you made my wife's dream come true, and for that I thank you all!

If you need a loan there is no better person to work with. I had to do a refinance due to a breakup, and I was really nervous about starting this process because I feel very inexperienced and uncertain about all things relating home loans. My ex was the one who took care of it in the past, and I was intimidated by the thought of having to handle things on my own this time. Thanks to Colin Garrity, I didn’t feel like I was “alone” at all. I felt supported every step of the way, and I felt secure and confident that he knew what he was doing and he had my best interest at heart. He worked hard to save me money every step of the way. Colin made things so simple and easy for me, I was awestruck by just how fast and seamless the process ended up being. He was quick to answer any questions and ease any concerns I had. He is a truly kind person, a wonderful communicator, and all around phenomenal at his job. I will be working with him exclusively for any future refinances or loans. Colin Garrity helped a buyer of mine do what I thought would be impossible. He helped a buyer with virtually no money down and set them up with a solid loan. I will send my clients or others to talk to Colin when it comes to financing.
