Suzanne and her team made the process of refinancing our home loan smooth and seamless their technological platform allowed us to upload documents quickly and easily. Her team was in constant contact, letting us know what tasks we needed to complete and how things were progressing when there were delays and hold ups, Suzanne contacted me personally to let me know she was aware of situations and what she was doing to get the ball rolling I appreciate her eye to detail and following it through till the end.

Our experience with our loan officer was very good and we felt we got a fair rate and terms on the loan.
