The team provides great service and support. They always very responsive with all inquiries I have and help me get rate lower than the market average. One thing I wish they did better was explaining the process around home insurance payment since it was confusing. Other than that, it was a great experience working with them

I worked with Ryan Fellner at Rate.com and had an excellent experience. There was a few hiccups with the loan company he was working with, but Ryan resolved the issues in a timely fashion. He got me a good rate for my HELOC and made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking for any type of home loan/HELOC!

We have just recently closed on our new home. Ryan Fellner was excellent to work with throughout. He was exceptionally helpful in selecting the best financing vehicle and in guiding us through the document-laden process. He was always available to answer questions and very patient in explaining each step (sometimes more than once) as needed. We would look to him first in any future transaction and recommend him without reservation. I might add that Rate team member Jenny Eblin also was top-notch.
