Greg was very nice, very professional and communicated in a way that I can understand. Detail by detail. Everything he said would happen, happened the exact way he explained. His team was also amazing. Listened to me and all my questions and answered them in a timely manner. They use an app which is very self explanatory and user friendly. Going through Escrow was a breeze! She was very nice and pleasant to work with. Her and her team were great and very knowledgeable. They made closing easy and made sure I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend Greg Wickstrand and Rate.com for your next refinance. I recently retired and finished a rental property renovation incurring $65K in credit card debt. After being denied a second combo loan to restructure card debt due to my retirement income, I contact Greg who sold me on a DSCR refi loan based solely on rental income. The process only took 4 weeks, I was able to refi property at the current interest rate with a cash-out, and paid off all my credit card debt. Greg Wickstrand went above and beyond to help my husband and I buy our dream home together. He was recommended to me by my dad, and our experience with Greg was fantastic. We had a long process of putting offers on homes while trying to sell our first home and having deals fall through for reasons outside of our control. Greg was there for us through it all. He was diligent about helping us understand how the process works and how we can get the home we were looking for. He went out of his way to show us multiple loan analyses on different properties to help us decide what would be the best route for us. He was punctual and frequently called us to check in and see if we had any questions for him. He explained things well and was very thorough and timely.
