I enjoyed working with Emily. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and responsiveness helped keep the financing process on track. She took time to answer questions and kept both my clients and me informed along the way. I appreciate her professionalism and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage lender.
We were introduced to Rate after using another lender previously and Emily leaned in from day one to learn our goals and budget. I couldn’t even tell you the name of the last team who we worked with but Emily was with us throughout every step of this home purchase — ups and downs and starts and restarts — and not only made us feel comfortable in the process but gave us honest feedback to our concerns and showed up each and every time we needed her.
