I must say Kate has been a breath of fresh air for me and my home buying process. As we know, purchasing a home is extremely exciting, however extremely stressful. Kate made this process so easy. Not only did she encourage me and talk to me about my process as we went, she didn’t not treat me like I was a transaction. She created a space for comfort when I wanted to scream. Kate and her team closed my loan in 13 days. I came to them with a denial and they delivered and worked so hard to get me to the finish line. Kate has a passion for what she does and I seen it from the start of this, to the finish line. I am clear to close and what warmed my heart was when  Kate called me to tell me congratulations and she was so happy for me. Kate I appreciate your customer service and although I am so happy this is over however, I will miss our talks… Thank you for everything
