We worked with Jennifer when we first started looking into buying our first home and getting information on what we were approved for in terms of a mortgage, etc. Jennifer is not only very knowledgeable about her job, but she's also incredibly kind and communicates exceptionally well. She's always eager to help and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel very confident during the process. The numbers in a mortgage can be overwhelming, especially when you're buying a house for the first time, but if you work with Jennifer, you'll understand everything.

Jen and her team made the process easy! With an out of state purchase, Jen came from a recommendation and she made the process loan quick and easy! Her team collected information quickly and efficiently while being available to answer questions and help gather documentation. We were able to close on time with an FHA loan on the property. Highly recommend!

Jennifer and her LOAN processing team rescue me from losing a wonderful home. We started LOAN process with another lender which I won't mention the name of that company , the loan was approved and I find a home place an offer and it was accepted. The loan went to the level of under writters and it was rejected in the basis that I don't have 2 years job history with my current employer. At that time we have less than two weeks to close the load . Thank GOD ALMIGHTY I had to Contact Jennifer immediately she responded, I explained everything to her . Ooohhh my GOD Jennifer and her team work both day and night and the loan was close thesame day it was supposed to be close by the previous company. The same day the loan was close I received a letter from the previous company, they said the reason why they denied my loan was because I have insufficient income of which they previously said it was because I didn't have two years job history with my employer. Before I started the loan process I had $40,000 for both down payment and the closing cost. They rejected it and GUARANTEE RAT grap it . JENNIFER DAVIS, her LOAN TEAM and GUARANTEE RAT are the best.
