This was the easiest, most professional and organized group of people I’ve ever worked with in any industry. I recently got a mortgage refinance loan and Shadi Kamran and team delivered exactly what they promised. Everything was handled efficiently and correctly the first time. They masterfully managed the few hurdles that were encountered with the title and home owners insurance policy. The turnaround time was so fast I could hardly believe it when they called to say I was approved and funding was ready. I strongly recommend this firm for anyone who is looking for a new mortgage with zero hassle.

Shadi and the team at Certainty are amazing. Not only did they get me the best rate, the underwriting was much smoother than prior national banks I’ve dealt with. Can’t say enough good things about Certainty!

Shadi and his team were so helpful throughout the whole process for me, a first time home buyer. He and Sally talked me through all of the processes and decisions and kept things running smoothly so that we were able to close on time, while getting me the best rates possible.
