Sue and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process and strived to keep it as stress free as possible. They were very attentive to our questions and provided prompt responses. Both Sue and Tyler were very patient and professional as they helped us to navigate the mortgage process. We were very happy with this service. Tyler Bryce was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything we didn't understand about our loan. Could call anytime and he would get right back to me. Everyone else I had contact with was also very professional and helpful. Made our settlement go through very smoothly. Working with Guaranteed Rate is FIVE STARS! This is not some huge bureaucracy that outsources work and is unresponsive. GR executed my mortgage application and closed in FOURTEEN days. Suzanne and Tyler Bryce kept me continually informed of all updates, items needed, and progress. They also made what is a very complicated process very simple and I did get a Guaranteed Rate for what I applied for. I would happily work with Guaranteed Rate again. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and swift. Highly recommended!
