Bill, Mac, April and their team are top-notch lenders! They were professional, responsive, flexible, and able to react to changing conditions very quickly. Bill and Mac took care to keep me involved throughout the whole process and also worked with the agents to keep them updated.
The only constructive feedback I'd suggest is to prepare for contingencies like multiple appraisals reflecting the market reality if the local market conditions are changing in extremely volatile ways. In tight close windows this is challenging, and the team was very fast to respond when this happened with our transaction.
I would highly recommend this team!
