I'm a first time homebuyer, so I was nervous going into it. Every time I had a question, I would send Kym a message and she would respond quickly, and make sure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to. She didn't make me feel pressured by any of the process. She made me feel like a person and not just a client making her money. I would truly recommend Kym for anyone in the home buying process. She cares about her clients and she knows how to do her job and make people feel more comfortable.

Kym was extremely informative and easy to work with. She made the loan process the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The communication was amazing!! I originally started my home buying journey through another company but I nearly gave up a few times because they were so difficult to talk to but once we decided to switch to Ruoff, everything felt so much simpler and they made it such an easy to understand process!
