Tom and his team are highly responsive to emails and calls. If he isn't able to respond to you right away, he will even email you to let you know that there will be a delay or another member on his team will respond. We had many questions along the way and Tom was always just a short phone call away to help us confirm if we were qualified to purchase a home. His team is also very proactive about ensuring we were continuously pre-approved, which helped us appear more competitive in our offers by showing that we could close fast. Highly recommend them!

We worked with Tom Parke and his team and what a wonderful experience! We were both selling our home and buying a new home and they were so helpful guiding us every step of the way. Tom listened many times to our concerns, what we did and didn't want to do and executed our wishes immaculately. Tom was available whenever we had a question including one last night in the middle of signing documents with the notary! His team made the process seem easy. We had an issue with our original lender so we came to Tom in a panic but Tom was a true professional that helped us stay calm and execute on a solution. Tom was very responsive and understanding of our situation we really appreciated working with him.
