I was referred to Fif by a friend who refinanced his home recently and she did not dissapoint. Fif, Jessica and their team at OriginPoint did an excellent job helping us recently with our refinance. Fif was able to get us a really good 7 year ARM and everything went very smooth. She communicated everything that was needed, she was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and completed our refinance with no hiccups.
One thing people should know is that it takes a lot of moving parts and things to happen correctly to lock down and fully execute a mortgage loan. If you don't have a reliable loan officer to walk you through everything and get on your ass about sending in the required paper work, it's possible that your new home purchase or refinance could end up in jeopardy. With Fif and her team, communication was clear, and things were always moving. I fully trust her and the rest of her team on any home purchases and refinances and recommend her to anybody looking for a home loan.
