I have just had the best experience this past week with an agent named Monica White. I met Monica through my own business, and when it came time that I needed a rental, I checked reviews, and reached out. She has been phenomenal. My situation is somewhat unique-I recently moved from out-of-state, and thought I would be closing in February on my own home. Long story short-Life happened, and after 6 months in an AirBnB, I decided that I needed to settle into a rental for a year before I commit to a purchase, and after being in transition for months, I want to be in a rental like, YESTERDAY. I told Monica what I was looking for and that a safe neighborhood for my girls was the priority. Monica has been SO responsive. Every property she has suggested has hit my checklist. In the past, I have had property management companies listen to my wishes-and still just show me anything. Not the case with her. I looked at a townhome today in a lovely HOA neighborhood that is probably going to be a perfect fit for me right now. Less than two weeks after reaching out to her, it looks like I will be in a great rental on the first of next month! She has been very transparent about every property, attentive, professional and friendly! I like her! Needless to say, I would recommend Silas Frazier realty to anyone looking for a rental. It seemed like from the reviews that they are also very much on top of repairs, maintenance, and customer service as well. I have no complaints thus far! I used Silas Frazier Realty to purchase my home. I found my house on August 1st and completed all docs as advised by Mr. Frazier. I closed with ease on August 31st. This company has also provided stellar property management service for my home for over 5 years. They were the point of contact when my tenant needed assistance. I solicited this company for a client of mine who was seeking a property management company to manage his properties while he was stationed out of the country. I bought an investment property that was in a really bad area in Riverdale , Ga. For almost 7 years I lost money had horrible tenants, neighbors who vandalized the property stealing air conditioning units etc. I have been trying to sell the three unit dwelling but could not get anyone interested. I met Mr. Fraser and told him all the problems that I have been having with the property. Three weeks later I had a cash offer on the property that far exceeded what I was expecting. The closing was quick and easy I was able to get my original investment that I had put into the property. Mr. Frazier was professional, knowledgeable, honorable, and kind hearted. I was glad that I used Silas Frazier Realty to help me purchase my home. I had used two other companies before coming to Silas Frazier. I am a very picky lady and was not going to work with an agent who only was interested in making a commission. Silas worked with me for about six months.
