We had such a wonderful experience working with Susie. She made the mortgage process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. She was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. The entire process of the refinance was extremely easy. From the initial quote with current rates to our our closing, Susie made the process very easy. The online portal that Bay Equity utilizes is also a great tool for submitting all the necessary information. Very thorough but very easy.

She was really helpful to me. By explain all the paper work that I was required to have. She also take some of her personal time to meet all the requirements that I was needed for the loan.
